Let me tell you about some trainings that I did recently (June 2008) with The Christopher Howard Company Training. 

Here’s an update for you on my trip: I had a wonderful three-day celebration of my 50th birthday with family and friends the first week of June. Then off to Los Angeles…..

I knew that it would be intense – three, seven-day trainings with just one day off in between – but I really had no clue as to just how intense it was going to be. Every day was from 9am or 10am until 7 – 7:30pm for the first two training weeks, then, 9 or 10am until 8 – 8:30pm for the final weeks training. This, of course, did not include the time needed for homeplay (their word for homework), or other projects that needed to be done. (more…)

Here we are at the third chakra, the Solar Plexus. Again, the information is in the same format - don’t want to confuse you now do I?

The Solar Plexus Chakra is associated with the parts of our consciousness having to do with perceptions of power, control, or freedom. In its clear state, it represents ease of being, and comfort with what is real for one’s self - being comfortable with who you are. (more…)
