The Sacral (Abdominal) Chakra is associated with the parts of our consciousness concerned with food and sex - the communication from the body to the person within it, about what the body wants or needs, and what it finds pleasurable. It also is related to what is happening in their consciousness about having children. When this chakra is in its clear state, the person is in touch with this communication, and listening to and responding appropriately to what the body wants and needs. (more…)

Here is the information on the first chakra, the root chakra. I have gathered information from many different sources. It may seem like I am being redundant, but everyone learns differently, so the information is in different formats. Pick the one you like, or use all of them.

The Root Chakra (located at the base of the spine and pointing downward) is associated with the parts of our consciousness concerned with security, survival, or trust. For most people, this concerns the parts of their consciousness concerned with money, home, and job. When this chakra is in its clear state, the person is able to feel secure, be present in the here and now, and be grounded. When there is tension in this chakra, it is experienced as insecurity or fear. When there is more tension, it is experienced as a threat to survival. (more…)

The first one, I have already discussed, Breakthrough to Success. A site you should check out, and a weekend you should attend.

The next one, Dream Journal, is a free site you can use to set up and organize your dreams. I recommend to all of my students that they keep a dream journal. This is because our guides and angels use our dreams, when our conscious mind is ‘asleep’ and our unconcious mind is ‘awake’, to talk to us. It is an easier avenue for them to get messages to us. This site also has some dream interpretation available. A pretty cool site (but not cooler than mine, of course ;-).

The next link, GoddessWithin, is my other website. Here is where I conduct business as a professional psychic and teacher. I talk about the classes I offer, as well as the other services that are available (i.e. counseling, coaching, space clearing, energy healings, and readings). I also have archive of my newsletters and other musings. It is a wonderful addition to what this site offers — if I do say so myself.

The last link listed (at least last as of this writing) is Orbits Unlimited. It is a directory site for things of the mind, including hypnosis, lucid dreaming, and OBE states (that’s out-of-body states). They seem to have some good information. I am looking forward to exploring it further.

In the human body there are seven major energy centers, or chakras. Chakras receive, assimilate and distribute energy. Our bodies take in energy or Life Force through the electromagnetic field known as our aura (auric fields). The chakras metabolize energy as needed for our whole selves to thrive as beings. The seven energy centers open, resonate and vibrate to spiritual intention, frequencies of sound and different colors.
